The “Family Fest”

The Stafford Hamlet Family Fest began in 2016 to create an opportunity for the community to come together in a family friendly environment for some good old fun on the farm.  The event takes place annually in September at Fiala Farms, a family owned, Hamlet based Century Farm.

The Fest showcases many of the talented businesses, artists and organizations that call the Stafford Hamlet home.  The kids – and the kids at heart – can enjoy many traditional games and activities such as horseshoes, the cake walk, guinea sack races and even a silly, interactive clown show.  In addition, there is always plenty of great food and music!

Many, many helping hands are needed to put together this lively event. Volunteers are needed the day of the event to help with everything from running the games to assisting with parking. Students are encouraged to help with the events. The planning committee is always looking for new ideas and volunteers.

This year,  the 4th Annual Stafford Hamlet Family Fest, originally planned for September 12, 2020, will be cancelled due to the State of Oregon’s measures to safeguard the health of our community during the COVID 19 pandemic.

We hope to see you and your family at the Family Fest 2021!
